We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Aramex.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Remote Areas: May take an additional 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $20 purchase.
Order Tracking
  • If your order includes tracking, you can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch email.
  • Some small or low-value items may be sent via untracked letter mail to keep shipping costs low.

Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused,
  • In its original condition,
  • With all accessories, tags, or packaging (if applicable).

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem and packaging

We will assess the case and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Return Process

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalised orders

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us.
We will lodge an investigation with the courier.
Investigations may take 5–10 business days depending on the carrier.
